Frequently Asked Questions
We use the United States Postal Service for all of our orders. We have found that this is the most affordable and the fastest!
We ship directly from our warehouse in California so shipping times are pretty quick.
All orders get sent with USPS Priority Mail which typically get delivered within 3 business days.
Please Note: Shipping transit times are based on business days only (Monday-Friday). If you place an order on Friday and you are given an estimated transit time of 3 days, your order will most likely arrive on Tuesday.
Orders placed before 10 A.M. PST will typically get shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after this time may be shipped the following business day.
Please note: Orders placed on the weekends will not ship out until Monday.
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Returns must be unused to be issued a full refund.
To make return, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return process. We will email you a return shipping label to have the items sent back to us.
After the returned items have been received from us, we will issue the refund immediately and you will see the funds posted to your account within 3-5 business days.
